What does Qiwa provide for establishments?

Qiwa Platform offers features and electronic services that can be used 24/7:

 

- Facilitate managing the establishment effectively and improve the work environment:

  • Issuing Standard or Customized Labor Policies
  • Interactive Saudization Plan
  • Interactive Dashboard for establishment information

  • Issuing Instant professional and temporary visas (without endorsement) for existing establishments and newly established establishments

How to unblock my account?

In the event that your account is banned due to entering the password more than once, a link to unblock the ban is sent from the system to your e-mail, and you click on the link, and through it, the blocking is removed directly.

What is the unified number? And who is the unified number manager?

The unified number is the first establishment file number in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

 

The unified number account manager is the main authorized user to conduct services on all establishments under the unified number.

 

Can registration in Qiwa be with the 700 number or the commercial registration number?

The registration of establishments on Qiwa is carried out by an automated method for the previously registered establishments in the system of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

 

So that the user registers on the platform using his national identity number or Iqama number, and after logging into the platform, all available establishments for the user are automatically displayed, in case the user is an establishment manager or a previous user of in the system in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Available establishments are shown by name and establishment file number in the Ministry.

 

Soon, the registration of new establishments will be available on Qiwa.

Is it possible to open an account for the establishment with the commercial registration of the branch or must it be with CR of the main branch?

Currently, the establishment account opening service is not available on Qiwa. It is only possible to access establishments previously registered in the system of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

 

How can I register my establishment on Qiwa platform?

Registered establishments in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development system can register and subscribe to the platform and benefit from Qiwa services. Soon, the registration of new establishments will be available on Qiwa.

 

Registration steps:

(for the Unified number manager or company owner of previously registered establishments in HRSD system)

1.     Login or register on the Qiwa platform

2.     Subscribe to the unified number establishment (annual subscription fee per user to access all establishments under the unified number)

3.     Access the electronic services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development on the Qiwa platform

4.     After the unified number manager's subscription, he/she can add and authorize other users to access the establishment accounts through the User Management Service.

 

Why haven’t I received the activation email?

If you have not received the activation email, please check the following possible reasons:

  1. A corporate firewall blocked the email. Ask your IT to unblock Qiwa domain to receive our emails.
  2. Check your spam or junk mail folder
  3. Use another email and we recommend using Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail
  4. There was a typo in the signup email. Confirm that you used the right email to sign up.
Is the subscription to Qiwa's platform annual or monthly?

Annual subscription only

Is it possible to pay the fees for participation in Qiwa through the “SADAD” payment system?

It is not possible to pay the fees for participation in Qiwa through the “SADAD” payment system; currently, the fees can only be paid through the “Mada” or “Visa” services.

How can I change my account information (mobile number, email...etc)?

Users can change the account information through the "user profile data modification page"

Go to the user profile data page.

Choose "Update Information"

Enter the verification code

Enter the amendment to the e-mail / mobile number

If the e-mail is modified, a mail will be delivered to your account to complete the activation and authenticate the mail.

If the mobile number is modified, an activation code will be sent to your mobile number to complete the authentication.

What to do when Qiwa services are not showing up for me after signing up and paying the fees?

Services may not appear for the following reasons: 

Not activating the account through the activation message sent via email 
The user is not authorized by the unified number manager 
Contact technical support for assistance if the reasons above don't apply.

Do I have to re-subscribe again when converting my facility from an institution to a company?

You must subscribe again when the facility file number changes for any reason

What activities are not included in Qiwa services?

Qiwa services do not include the following activities:

Equestrian

Fishermen

Farmers

Shepherds

Domestic Workers

I cancelled the commercial register, how can I cancel the establishment file?

This can be done by visiting the labor office only

In transferring the commercial register, will the employees and the establishment’s visas be transferred to the new owner?

Employees can be transferred after opening a new file for the facility in Qiwa, and visas can only be transferred through the labor office.

My establishment does not appear in Qiwa?

The establishment does not appear for one of the following reasons:

  • Not obtaining authorization from the unified number account manager in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development system.
  • The status of the establishment is not established or under a procedure.
  • There is no unified number account manager for the establishment in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • The unified number account manager is not registered in the electronic services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development system.
  • Account of the unified number manager is not active in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development system.
  • The activity of the establishment is not within the competence of forces, the activities are:
    • Farmers, fishermen and shepherds.
    • Recruitment agents.
    • Rental of domestic labor services.
    • Hire establishments labor services.
    • Family support services.
